Exercise

     From this week, I decide to exercise with Sandy. Because a person's health has much to do with living quality and emotion. We run a playground 30 minutes at a time. When we exercising, we sweat a lot, which can stimulate the circulation of blood. I know exercising not only keep us fit but also strengthen the heart and lungs. Ha ha, exercising helps us keep our figure by burning body fat. This is very important. So Sandy and I must insist in the end. Go~ Go~ Go~.

    I think it is a great idea that you can do regular exercises. No matter how busy I am, I still try to play table tennis twice every week, about two hours each time. I also hope that you can keep a habit of doing exercises regularly.
