Stressed Out

     Recently, I don't know why to feel so stress. When my stress levels get too high, I become ''stressed out.'' Stressed-out often feel moody or unhappy. It causes to have difficulty sleeping or lose appetite for me. My father tell me when that happens, there are many ways to help relieve stress. Taking a bath, reading a book or going for a walk are all good ways to relax. These ways can help me free and easy.
